The first thing they did when they came over was clean the carpet machine, they also cleaned the machine throughout the process to keep the machine working at it’s best. Which is something that I deeply appreciated.
My carpet is about 7 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. I am kicking myself for not taking a before and after picture! My carpet has been brought back to life and smells great, all within an hour on a 14 step and 5×7 foot landing.
My allergies are really bad; however, their soap does not bother me at the least.
